JPS required a new website that was entirely different from its older version. The former website had far too much text and the clumsy navigation eclipsed the flow of the web design layout. It is unlikely it used keywords at all. The client needed a new website that reintroduced their business but emphasized their high profile work history. There were no features available and this is considered best practice in web design. Features such as SEO friendly content and fluid grid layout are key for successful online business websites. Luckily as WordPress specialists, we set about making these vital amendments. The new web design became more fluid and in keeping with traditional WordPress values. The web copy required re-writing to allow for clearer, stronger communications and now includes researched high ranking SEO keywords. It was also re-edited to make easier for skim reading. There was a lot of value in the previous website copy but it was so extensive that it had to be re-edited with about 80% being removed and the rest rephrased with SEO friendly text. After an initial discussion with the client, we set about listing the key achievements of the company and highlighting these in the introductory copy, showcasing the benefits of their business early on.
